RIGA - If anyone has seen Ivars Krezins, there are a few dozen construction workers who would like to have a word with him.As a construction supervisor with the company Glasiss, Krezins was in charge of the late-summer renovation of the Blackheads House, the 14th century building that is the showpiece of Riga's 800th anniversary facelift.
