On promoting LatviaAs a tour operator to the Baltics, I can understand Mike Johnson's frustration at the failed potential of tourism in Latvia ("Truth about Latvian tourism," TBT #338), but rather than spending further time on large-scale projects, surely we should look at what could be done immediately and at little cost to bring visitors to Riga who are currently taking vacations elsewhere.How about: 1.
