Latvian child pornographer indicted

RIGA (BNS) - Jurijs Jurjevs suspected of production and distribution of pornographic material was indicted Aug. 20, the Latvian Prosecutor General's Office told the Baltic News Service.Jurjevs, who will remain in custody until the trail, was indicted for using minors in production of pornographic material. The defendant faces imprisonment of up to five years or a penalty in the amount of up to eighty minimum monthly payments totaling $7,000.Jurjevs pleaded not guilty. Jurjevs, 44, was the head o ...
