Program shuts down, drugs still in

RIGA - As drug use has increased dramatically in Latvia in the last nine months, the European Commission has closed its main anti-drug multinational program.The drugs program coordination unit of Phare administered and overlooked various programs in 13 countries in Central and Eastern Europe.
