Air Baltic CEO salary increases 65 percent

Martins Gauss, CEO of Air Baltic

The salary of the CEO of Latvia's national airline, Air Baltic has increased by 65% in one year, records show

Information obtained from the State Revenue Service database indicates that In 2012, Martin Gauss' salary was 385,154 euros., In 2013 the figure rose to 637,296 euros.

Further records show how Gauss filed a declaration of homestead for two private homes  in Germany and Austria. In 2013, Gauss acquired an extra home in Italy.

In 2013, he filed a declaration of debts in the amount of EUR 500,000.

He also filed declaration of his capital shares at Magau GmbH and AirBerlin Plc&Co for the amount of  25,000 euros and EUR 200. He has also registered several vehicles - 2010 and 2013 BMW automobiles, 2009 Canam quadricycle and 2011 Mini Cooper.

Gauss has also deposited EUR 28,000 in savings, reports nozare.lv
