Storms knock out electricity in 4,000 homes (video)

Heavy storms in Latvia has knocked out electricity in around 4,000 households.

Homes in the Vidzeme province and towns including Madona, Cesis and Limbazi were the worst affected on June 17, nozare.lv reports.

Repair crews have been sent out to repair the damage and restore electricity to homes. Snow and hail could be seen in other areas of the country, BNS reports.
