Hesburger invests 7m euros to create 100 new jobs

Finnish fast-food chain Hesburger plans to  open ten new outlets in the Baltics this year, creating around 100 new jobs.

Five new outlets will open in Latvia under new plans, the company's director of development in the Baltics, Ieva Salmela said.

''We plan on continuing expanding in the Baltics by opening up new restaurants in the regions,'' Salmela said.
In 2013,

Hesburger increased its turnover in Latvia by 11 percent to 17.2 million euros this year. 

Last year, Hesburger opened three new fast-food restaurants in Latvia - in Jelgava, Valmiera and Rezekne. At the moment, there are 38 Hesburger restaurants in Latvia.
