KLAIPEDA - A 150 times smaller model of the original Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) carrier Independence arrived at the Lithuanian port city of Klaipeda, reports ELTA. Inhabitants and guests of the city were able to see the model of the ship during the Klaipeda Sea Fest.“The LNG carrier prototype is exceptional. It is exactly the same as the future real-sized carrier which will dock at Kiaules Nugara island in 2014. It is not just a hull of the vessel; it is a detailed model with every pipe and scheme on it.
