Victory Day celebrated across country

TALLINN - Estonia made big plans to celebrate Victory Day and Midsummer last Sunday and Monday, with a military parade and many popular events scheduled, reports LETA. The traditional Victory Day parade was to take place in Haapsalu, with over 1,000 people participating. The Victory Day parade on June 23 is traditionally organized by the voluntary defense organization Defense League and its affiliate organizations, Women’s Home Defense, Home Daughters and Young Eagles.
