VILNIUS - Initial reaction to rumors in the media last week that Russia had sent a draft memorandum to Lithuania’s Ministry of Energy had Prime Minister Algirdas Butkevicius denying having received any kind of such document, reports ELTA. “I would like to stress it once again that there are no behind-the-scenes consultations or talks going on with Gazprom.
