TALLINN - Estonian Agriculture Minister Helir-Valdor Seeder is of the position that all recipients of EU agricultural support funds should be made public, reports Delfi. Seeder participated in the European Union agriculture and fisheries ministers’ council meeting in Brussels on Feb. 25, where the questions of making support public, and the support rights system of the agriculture policy reform package, were discussed.
