TALLINN - The US daily USA Today ranked Tallinn, the Estonian capital as a perfect destination for nice and affordable spring tours, reports LETA.
The daily has published the top five off-peak destinations for spring 2013, Tallinn was mentioned first on the list.
The site recommends America's readers best places to visit in spring, when the weather becomes mildly warm, and the prices are quite pocket-friendly.
It is recommended to visit Tallinn both by air (making advantage of cheap flights in spring), or by sea via ferries cruising around Scandinavian and Baltic States seashore.
Tallinn is praised because it is colorful and medieval city, which lures with various interesting events which take place all year-round.
Another pleasant spring-like cities on the list are Istanbul, Turkey; San Paulo, Brazil; Rhode Island, and Bermuda.
