Speed limits target safety

TALLINN - The Estonian government’s traffic committee decided that this summer, the practice of last summer will be continued and that the speed limits won’t be raised from the ordinary 90 km/h to 100 km/h on two-lane roads, reports Delfi. The speed limit can be raised to 110 km/h on certain highway sections on 1st class 4-lane highways in the summer.
