TALLINN - It was on May 22 when Estonian Reform Party member Silver Meikar wrote an article in the Estonian daily Postimees about the funding of parties. He stated that he gave money - 115,000 kroons (7,370 euros) - to his party, money that was not his. More precisely, this money was given to him by another party member, Kalev Lillo.
