Lithuania’s industrial growth second-highest in EU

VILNIUS - According to the latest statistics from Eurostat, Lithuania has recorded the second largest industrial growth in the EU.The country’s production grew by 4.6 percent making it the second-highest growth rate after Portugal, which reported a 6.8 percent increase. Latvia and Estonia showed an increased output of 2 percent and 2.3 percent, respectively.The national annual growth in Lithuania was also the EU’s second-highest at 11.1 percent, behind the 17 percent annual growth recorded by Slovakia.
