RIGA - The sale of Latvian land to foreigners has become a big problem, the chairwoman of the Latvian Farmers’ Federation Agita Hauka said in an interview on Latvian Radio on April 26, reports LETA. She pointed out that Latvia has “bigger and smaller farms.” While the larger farms mostly export their products, the smaller farms ensure products for the local market.
