TALLINN - Five former MPs of the Center Party submitted an application to the Riigikogu board to register the Union of Democrats, reports National Broadcasting. The Union of Democrats was formed by Inara Luigas, Lembit Kaljuvee, Kalle Laanet, Deniss Borodits and Rainer Vakra.
