TALLINN - Finnish property investors are interested in Tallinn-based apartments to earn between 4.5 percent and seven percent yield, the Estonian news portal BBN reports referring to Delfi.

Residents of Finland would be able to earn at least twice more as compared to Helsinki-based real estate.

Christian Ayrer, consultant of real estate company 1Partner Kinnisvara, said that in recent months he has talked to 25 Finnish investors who were seeking a total of 100 apartments which was quite many taking into account scale of the Estonian capital's market.

According to the consultant, half of the investors are seeking a second apartment in Old Town or central Tallinn, while others consider it only as an investment.
