Government to postpone Citadele sale

RIGA - The Latvian government will postpone the sale of Citadele Banka, formerly known as Parex Banka, as experts search for the best possible deal and the bank continues to repay its loans, LETA reported.
Economy Minister Daniels Pavluts said that the sale of “Citadele” was postponed, and that the government could return to the matter by October 31 this year.
