More people at risk of poverty – IMF report

RIGA - The IMF has warned that more people in Latvia are at risk of poverty in the organization’s fifth landmark report on the country.The report urged Latvia to improve its social safety net to help people avoid the risk of falling into poverty.“Latvia’s poverty rates remain among the highest in Europe, making the program’s emergency social safety net critical.
