NEW FRIENDS: Ukraine and Latvia will foster deeper relations.
RIGA - Ukrainian Prime Minister Mykola Azarov has pledged to build stronger relations with Latvia during an historic visit to Riga – the first of it’s kind in the post-independence history of the two countries.
