NEW FRIENDS: Ukraine and Latvia will foster deeper relations.
RIGA - Ukrainian Prime Minister Mykola Azarov has pledged to build stronger relations with Latvia during an historic visit to Riga – the first of it’s kind in the post-independence history of the two countries. “The potential of economic cooperation between Latvia and Ukraine is far greater than the current level and more favorable conditions for its development will be a significant benefit for both countries,” Latvian Prime Minister Valdis Dombrovskis said after th ...
