RIGA - On Jan. 13 acting Latvian Prosecutor General Arvids Kalnins handed in an official protest to the Supreme Court Senate’s Civil Cases Department over the Riga Kurzeme District Court’s Jan. 5 ruling on the Palink insolvency, reports LETA.
