Skilled labor shortage stresses employers

TALLINN - According to a fourth-quarter poll carried out by the Estonian Institute of Economic Research, 60 percent of industrial enterprises cited that their principal problem was low demand, says the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications, reports LETA.
