TALLINN - A group of Estonian citizens detained in the U.S. at the end of August may become witnesses in a trial against smugglers of illegal immigrants. Thirteen people, some with Estonian passports and others Estonian residents with alien passports, were arrested in Baltimore on suspicion of having obtained their visas by presenting false information.
