Rioting in London: Could it Happen Here?

It started with a conflict between the police and a man described by the police as a gangbanger and drugs dealer, and it ended in four or five nights of rioting. Thousands of people in London and other British towns went on a rampage, setting things on fire, smashing shop windows and stealing everything that was not nailed down. British officials called in additional police forces, and they studied security cameras to see how many rioters and pillagers they could track down.
