I know, dear Baltic Times readers, that I’m supposed to write about politics and serious stuff, but you know what? Spring has sprung (to coin a phrase), it was lovely out this past weekend, and so instead I’m going to talk about a fun fair. You know – the kind of place where you can ride a roller coaster and play games to win a stuffed animal or, as our British friends call it, a fuzzy toy; bless their hearts.There is such a fun fair at the Esplanade here in Riga even as I write.
