TALLINN - A 78-year-old Parnu man, suspected of taking part in the organization of Stalin-era mass deportations, has been charged with crimes against humanity, the security police have revealed. Mikhail Neverovski, who served with the Parnu department of the then-Soviet Security Ministry, was charged Aug. 28 with contributing to the deportation of 281 people to Siberia in 1949.
