Insurance companies working through tough times

TALLINN - A recent consumer study showed that private customers in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania have a high level of satisfaction with their non-life insurance companies, higher on average than their counterparts in Scandinavia. In the EPSI Baltic Customer Satisfaction Study, which was conducted as part of the Pan Extended Performance Satisfaction Initiative, Lithuania scored 81.8 points on a 0 to 100 scale, while Latvia and Estonia scored 75.2 and 75.8 points, respectively.The survey summary stated that, all in all, in each Baltic country evaluations for insurance companies are on...
