TALLINN - Estonian universities have been independent for about 20 years now, free to teach whatever and however they please. Since 2002, the Estonia Bologna system has been applied, creating a three-year Bachelor’s program, followed by a two year Master’s program. It seems that now is a good time to look back and question if we are where we wanted to be?
