Lithuanian president admits Butinge may be dangerous

RIGA - After serious flaws in the construction of the Butinge oil terminal were made public last week, Lithuanian President Valdas Adamkus has conceded that the Butinge oil terminal could pose a serious risk to the environment."The facts require extremely serious consideration," Adamkus told the ELTA news agency.
