Balloons fly over the center of Europe

VILNIUS - From Aug. 3 to 8 the best place to look in Vilnius was up, as hot air balloons flew above Vilnius, Trakai and other neighboring villages. The balloons were part of the competition "Center of Europe '99" which was also the seventh Lithuanian hot air balloon championship.
