BREAKING RULES: Bold moves are required in a crisis, and some restaurants are finding ways to grow their business.
TALLINN - There are exceptions to all rules, such as the one that has Olde Hansa restaurant expanding its business, in spite of the economic crisis. Even some popular restaurants have closed their doors, such as Pegasus. Others keep expanding, such as Bonaparte, which has opened new business lunch restaurants.
