Lithuanian man fined for assault with genitals

ABERDEEN - A Lithuanian man living in Scotland has been fined 600 British pounds for assaulting a female police officer with his penis.

Mariumas Varinauskas, 28, was heavily intoxicated when police arrived at the scene and entered his home to find him sitting in just his underwear. He said he could not remember the incident and did not challenge the police's version of the events.

"The accused got to his feet and was standing over the police officer exposing his penis and thrusting it in her face, forcing her to take evasive action to avoid getting struck," the court was told during the trial.
