Job creation top priority for Lithuanian government

VILNIUS - The Lithuanian government has approved its 2010 priority list, setting its most important goal for the year as a reduction in the uemployment rate.

"Even after the economy started to grow, the unemployment is not decreasing for some time already, therefore, the Government will pay most attention to the creation of new jobs," the prime minister said.

Last year the government's top priority was achieving economic stability.
