TALLINN - Estonian Judge Jüri Sakkart has been arrested by security police on suspicion of taking a bribe.

The judge is accused of soliciting and accepting a 60,000 kroon bribe in exchange for classified documents that were part of a pre-trial investigation.

The information reportedly allowed suspects to foil an ongoing investigation. It is not the first time that Sakkart has been accused on wrongdoing in his 17 year career.
