Latvia to take on Gitmo prisoner

RIGA - Latvia has agreed to accept one prisoner from the United States' detention facility at Guantanimo Bay, the foreign Ministry reported.
No charges will be brought against the detainee, and he will enjoy his freedom while in Latvia.
