Warm weather and an abundance of activities have made this summer a successful one for Latvian tourism. Cesis, the third most popular tourist attraction in Latvia, proved just how enticing a small Latvian town can be during a July celebration.The festivities began with a game of street ball, a popular summer basketball tournament.
