Estonian businessman charged with stock manipulation

TALLINN - A prominent businessman in Estonia, Toomas Tool, has been charged with manipulating stock prices, bbn reported.

The businessman, who owns large tracts of real estate in Tallinn's Old Town, is being charged with manipulating securities in conjunction with former SEB stockbroker Karoly Kirber.
