REVOLUTIONARY ART: This building, originally designed as the Revolution Museum in 1966 and built in 1980, was reconstructed and expanded. In June 2009, it was opened as the National Gallery of Arts.
VILNIUS - During the last several years, with the rise of new business quarter skyscrapers on the right bank of the Neris river, some panoramic views of the Vilnius cityscape have changed dramatically.
