Latvia still improving Internet access

Despite a rise last year in the number of people with access to the Internet in Latvia, the country still lags behind Estonia and the rest of Europe in this area."The Lithuanians without much great effort can match us (in Internet access)," said Bruno Martuzans, the director of educational programs at LatNet, the largest Internet service provider in Latvia.
