TALLINN – A bomb exploded in Tallinn's Old Town last week, seriously injuring one man.Josiff Bigus, 33, had his foot amputated July 21 after a bomb exploded near him. The explosion occurred near the wall of the Kalev swimming hall on Aia Street at approximately 1:45 p.m.Repairs were being done near the swimming hall and Bigus was one of the construction workers.
