Aiva Viksna is the executive director of "Lidere" an NGO uniting women entrepreneurs and leaders. Viksna is also the Chairman of the Board of "Biznesa Engeli," the Latvian Private Investors Association uniting Latvian investors, working to find new and innovative ideas for business angels to invest in the growth and development of new companies.
