NARVA (BNS) – Apparently fed up with a dwindling water supply and other hardships, residents of the Russian town of Ivangorod, just across the Estonian-Russian border, called for annexaton to Estonia.Ivangorod, which gets its water supply from the Estonian AS Narva Vesi supplier across the border, had its water cut to one-fourth of the normal supply because the town has outstanding debts with the company.Russian officials, however, said Ivangorod's appeal was a way to make authorities pay attent ...
