The port of Tallinn is the largest in the country, with five ice free harbors.  As a land lord type company, the port administers the infrastructure of the harbors, looks after its development, receives vessels and sends them to roads, and ensures safe navigation in port waters. Chief Commercial Officer for the Port of Tallinn Erik Ringmaa spoke with TBT to give his views on the strengths and challenges facing Estonian shipping.
