Saturated mobile market gets a costly boost

By Urmas MaranikTALLINN – There are more than 180,000 mobile phone users in Estonia today, the Aripaev business newspaper reported. Of the cellular savvy, 115,000 use Estonia's first and largest mobile phone operator, Estonian Mobile Ltd.
