TALLINN - Estonian police have fined two unidentified Finnish football hooligans for shouting racial slurs at black athletes.

Three Estonian men were also fined for breaching public order at the game, which took place between Sweden's Djurgarden IF and Estonia's FC Flora earlier this year.

The game ended in a 2-2 draw, with the Swedish side advancing on the basis of the combined result of two games.

The UEFA disciplinary body fined Flora 10,000 euros for the incident involving racial abuse.
