Latvia finds its outsourcing industry niche

RIGA - While many outsourcing industries have been moving away from Eastern European countries like Latvia due to cheaper labor in Asian powerhouses like India, Pakistan and the Philippines, there is still an important middle role for the Baltic states. While India is ideal for cheap outsourcing of basic transactions and the like between large companies and their customers, some services require a greater level of skill.
