DANISH DEMAND: Companies from Denmark have stormed on the the Lithuanian job market, prompting the education minister to say fewer people should go to university in favor of directly entering the labor force.

VILNIUS - Danish companies have been outsourcing labor and materials to Lithuania for years and now have a large presence in the marketplace, but a recent skills shortage is hampering outsourcing efforts, business leaders say.
