Aug. 21 marks the 40th anniversary of the Soviet invasion of Czechoslovakia, which became a crucial turning point for those in the West who realized what the Russian bear-hugs were all about.   But Russia has its own calendar, and the Kremlin still has its own way of celebrating some dates.
