Lithuania’s roads
As a journalist for an international magazine for 20 years, I have noticed in all the corrupt countries I have had the chance to report in, most of their roads are sub standard, asphalt roads that have wave impressions created by heavy loads. This means the material used in those roads is sub-standard and many bribes have changed hands. I notice the roads in Lithuania are the same.Annon
